You can delete your Vhor account and all its data at any time. It takes a few seconds and can’t be undone.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Vhor and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Can’t open the app?
Email us from the email address on your account (or include your phone number if you signed in with a phone) with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account (email, phone or Google link).
- Your profile: username, points and streak.
- Your synced alarms and all challenge results.
- Your group memberships, and any groups you created.
What may be kept
Records of Premium payments may be kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Alarms saved only on your phone stay there until you uninstall the app.
